Photos by Mickie Winters Every Tuesday at Parlour pizzeria in Jeffersonville, beverage director Adam Sabin and his four-person bar staff launch three new cocktails that revolve around a theme. "We've been playing around with a whole lot of summer ideas. Memorial Day weekend we had a cookout theme and we also did a beach week," says Sabin, who also mentions a '90s-grunge theme. Here's a closer look at the three drinks from beach week. — Kaঞe Molck Three Sheets to the Wind Montelobos Mezcal, Ancho Reyes ancho chile liqueur, Cointreau, pineapple, lime, rosemary "It means when you've lost all three harnessing points to your sail, so your sheets are just flapping in the wind and you're just sailing with no general direction," Sabin says. But Sabin liked the name because as the cocktail settles it changes from hazy to defined layers of color. "I'm also a really big Radiohead fan. They recently put out a bunch of unreleased tracks from OK Computer, and this was one of them," he says.
