Market St. BEST PLATEWARE Now that farm-to-table food and tantalizing pictures of it on social media are pretty much expected of restaurants, it doesn't hurt to have beautiful serving- ware. The plates, bowls, platters and cream-and-sugar sets at Wiltshire on Market turn diver scallops and bok choy into a Picasso painting. Some plates are rusty orange pupils that present crisp asparagus and broccolini. Others are splotchy indigo discs showing off curry-roasted caulifower. Owner Susan Hershberg met potter Kit Cornell at a farmers' market booth in Portsmouth, New Hamp- shire, and says she fell in love with Cornell's pottery. "We were getting ready to open up Wiltshire (in 2009), working on the space, and I couldn't fnd anything mass-produced that I love, so I had her do custom work for us," Hershberg says. Cornell has developed a following among Wiltshire customers. Carly Johnson, who sings jazz at the restaurant on Sunday nights, or- dered a set for her wedding registry.
