With the pumpkin-everything craze on our mind, we asked 60 West Bistro (3939 Shelbyville Road) to create a cocktail inspired by Crescent Hill's annual Hillcrest Avenue Halloween celebration, which has been going strong for more than two decades. Jason Johnson, 60 West's new general manager, says this drink is perfect for "pumpkin-spice latte enthusiasts" (hashtag: #psle). — Sara Price Pumpkin Latte Martini 1 ounce vanilla vodka 1 ounce Dumante espresso liqueur 1 ounce pumpkin purée ½ ounce cream Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a cinnamon/sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of nutmeg. 4:55 a.m.: Arrive at the Academy @ Shawnee. 5 a.m.: First cup of coffee, apple slices, water, bite of a granola bar. 6:45 a.m.: Second cup of coffee. 10:47 a.m.: Apple. 11:57 a.m.: Dole "Chopped Salad" with kale, water. 5:18 p.m.: Two cups SkinnyPop white-cheddar popcorn, water. 5:45 p.m.: Chobani "Strawberry on the Bottom" Greek yogurt. 6 p.m.: Curly's BBQ microwavable hickory- smoked pulled pork. 6:22 p.m.: One Fig Newton. 6:25 p.m.: Third cup of coffee. 7:45 p.m.: Coke Zero. 10:52 p.m.: Banana. 10:55 p.m.: Two bowls of Honey Smacks.
