"A lot of areas of the city come together for this — even areas of people who aren't always supposed to get along. "I want to see people from the East End start coming and make it even bigger. "You're going to defnitely see a lot of basketball shoes and gear. Retro Jordans. You might see some chicks in high heels, but if they're smart they'll be in Chucks or fats (laughs). My shoes are very, very select; like, out of everybody out here, probably four people have these shoes. Young kids have on Jordan 5 'Grapes.' "I try not to be like everyone out here," he continues. "I was wearing skateboarder stuff in middle school; now I feel like everybody is wearing skateboarder stuff. Sometimes I take older stuff and blend it in, just to do something different and stand out, so when I walk past people they go, 'What the…?'" "I've been coming since I was 16; I've always lived right down the street," says Jasmine Rowan , 23 (near right). "There's a lot of people here, so you defnitely have to dress your best, look as cute as you can. I keep myself inspired. Every time someone sees me, I have a different hairstyle."
