The staff dressed up like pirates, and customers listened to live music from buccaneer band Drunk and Sailor. Arrggghhh! Some 600,000 people participated in the Kentucky Bourbon Trail last year. The zoo is looking for seasonal workers. Country singer Miranda Lambert's MuttNa- tion Foundation gave $3,000 to the Animal Care Society. Way to go, Ken, for doing what you do! Margaret's Fine Consignments now has an "After Five Room" (semi-formal wear) and "Cash and Carry Racks" (each piece is three, four or fve bucks, with pro- ceeds donated to various local charities). A report from the Louisville Metro Human Relations Commission has found that Louisville is segregated. The Louisville CVB's president resigned. Hannah Kingsbury, who graduated from Manual, is one of 20 frst-year female students accepted into Ohio University's inaugural class of Margaret Boyd Scholars.
