A DIRTY Cloistering oneself in the caloric lair of Paula ÒI is what I isÓ DeenÕs Horseshoe Casino buffet was never a good idea. Now, itÕs impossible. The casino is severing ties with the self-proclaimed Queen of Southern Cuisine, whose empire is crumbling like a stale biscuit after her antebellum belief system surfaced in court documents. (Seriously, she thought a plantation wedding, complete with waiters dressed as slaves, would be quite dandy.) So farewell, gooey butter cake. Thanks for the memories, fried chicken.
