You might think strolling around at your neighborhood farmers' market isn't THE place to show off your best duds, but the fruits and veggies on display
might differ. On the runway of natural selection, the brightest, prettiest, and freshest get picked to be chopped into a dinner salad or arranged in a
foyer vase. Nature knows what's best, which is why we trek to the farmers' market to begin with, and may explain the satisfyingly eye-searing trend
of neon, popping up on shoes, bags, and just about any accessory you can imagine. The wearer of the Pollock-esque running shoes (center-top)
summed it up: "I just tell my friends, I look for the brightest, craziest shoes on the rack." Bon appetit, and in this case, careful not to burn your eyes.
