She followed her yellow-brick road to Nova Scotia, camping and roughing it among some of the world's most beautiful landscapes. When her father's heart ailment brought her back to Louisville, Seiller was told by his physician that he would have to learn to eat healthier. From that familial challenge, her new healthy gourmanderie, Relish, was born. Opened last November, the eatery (1346 River Road) has received great critical praise. A lunchtime table has been one of the more coveted bits of restaurant real estate in the city. Seiller's homecoming has taught her what Dorothy Gale learned so long ago, that sometimes to fnd yourself you have to look no further than your own back yard. "I had no idea people loved me and what I do so much," she says. There really is no place like home. 6.13 LOUISVILLE MAGAZINE 101
