About Our Listings Louisville Magazine publishes a compre- hensive Dining Guide in EATS, issued each fall and available year-round on newsstands. In addition, each month we bring you rotating listings in various categories from the Guide. Restaurants are chosen by the editorial staff, which writes the listings. Eddie Merlot's location at Fourth and Muhammad Ali The Oakroom in the Seelbach Hotel Te Oakroom's atmosphere — with ornate wood carvings on the walls and fine furnishings — will make you feel like a millionaire for a night, even if you aren't.
