LOUISVILLE MAGAZINE 11.17 35 Trey Adams Age 6, first grade, Middletown Elementary Trey was only 18 months old when he started taking a creative-movement dance class. Now, he has a collection of medals and trophies for tap and ballet — some as tall as he is. He has won national titles in dancing and was the youngest ever competitor in the Ohio Star Ball. What do you like about dancing? "I like getting trophies." Where do you keep your trophies? "I keep them on the shelf. When they're too big, I have to put them on the floor or put them somewhere else. They are in the living room." What do you like to do for fun? "Play Captain Underpants. Sometimes when I like to be him, I just do it. But I'm afraid I can't be bald." What do you want to be when you grow up? "A veterinarian." What do you think makes someone smart? "By doing math and science."
