All Aboard for Family Fun Visit the Kentucky Railway Museum in New Haven, Kentucky. Enjoy a 22-mile train excursion through the Rolling Fork River Valley. It's a family experience right in your own back yard. (Only one hour south of Louisville.) The Kentucky Railway Museum was officially chartered in 1954 with the donation of steam locomotive #152. Today, the Kentucky Railway Museum runs excursion trains from New Haven to Boston (22 miles round trip.) While you're there, please visit the museum's collection of railroad artifacts and memorabilia housed in a replica of the original New Haven depot.
