Best Karaoke Bar Akiko's 1123 Bardstown Road First things first: Akiko's is open 365 days a year, which means we know where we'll be spending Christmas night. Richard Tomas, a manager, has worked at the karaoke bar since about three months after it opened some 15 years ago. "Surprisingly, people still sing a lot of the oldies," Tomas says. "I'm impressed, as young as some of these kids are." Te Beatles are always popular; same with "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen. Te top pick? Hands-down, it's Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'," which inspired this Best of Louisville parody. (Yeah, we know you know the lyrics — or aren't comfortable admitting you do — but this is best enjoyed while listening to the song.)
