t's not just limited-choice veg- gies anymore. Even though we're in the middle of winter, your CSA (short for community- supported agriculture) produce box can still be a bounty of vary- ing nourishment. Grasshoppers Distribution, with several pick-up locations around the city, sourc- es from more than 60 Kentucky and Southern Indiana farms for produce, meats, cheeses and dairy. The box can be custom- ized weekly or biweekly to meet your needs — from soup to pick- led okra. Here are some of the pickin's for February.
