though we don't have white tablecloths," co-owner
Shawn Cantley (also of the Silver Dollar) says, "we
are doing everything as if we're a Michelin-starred
restaurant. We just do it playing loud punk rock for a
bunch of people wearing T-shirts." To-order tortillas,
pork marinated for 24 hours and roasted on a vertical
spit, fresh guacamole. One of the tiki bar's shareable
punches comes with a shot of 150-proof rum that's
set ablaze. Hard to top its Bardstown Road patio.
