Tere seems not to be much of a middle ground. Te goal of the internist is to change them from the unhealthy end to the other." • "Sometimes you can cure somebody easily, but this is a long-haul job. All doctors have fear that they will not be right and that they will harm a patient because they are not right. We all have this fear; we fear it every day of our lives.
